• Doing Law but deciding after to go back to school to get his degree in entertainment management.

• He joined V2 records and learned from Richard Branson then went back to PolyGram Records also spent over 3 years at DreamWorks and what that was like.

• Being in the artist development sector and giving artists time to let them be creative
